On June 28th, 2017 the first of it's kind opened it's doors in San Antonio.  A co working environment unlike any others.  Less than 8 months later it is a bustling, exploding, dynamic force for the entrepreneurs, small business owners, creators, developers and students. A place bursting at the seams and needing to grow.  21,000 feet of energy filled to the brim and now looking to expand this concept across the city. 

On June 28th 2017 Moade Center was born.  On June 28th our new concept changed the way people worked. The name Moade means appointed time, place, meeting or season and for Moade we believe it is time. Time to grow, time to expand, time to stretch our boundaries.  And we believe we know where we are to go. 

The gateway to the Hill Country.  Interstate 10 heads north from the city's core to the quaintest part, yet exploding suburbia.   The fastest growing zip codes, the most affluent city zip codes, one of the hippest parts of the city.

We have control of 2.5 acres of coolness.  Located there are the beginnings of an amazing vision.  A place of refuge from the weary battle worn entrepreneur.  One they will instantly recognize as home when they walk through our door.  A 6500 sq ft historical headquarters greets them with conference rooms, private offices, break out rooms, mediation pods, event centers and a coffee bistro designed just for them. The highly landscaped gardens and grounds make the entire property seem more like gardens than a place to work.  Private cabins, bungalows, a bohemian retail village.  Farmers markets, private vegetable gardens, outdoor patios, fireplaces and paths.  Bicycles, flower baskets, hummingbirds and squirrels are constant companions here.  Huge 200 year old live oaks adorn the courtyards, the rock lined plaza.  Vintage Food trucks and trailers, a place for children to run and play.  The ultimate work and play environment.
